Built by Someone Who's Done It, Not Sold It.
25 years building and advising delivery centers across India, Africa, Sri Lanka, and Mexico.
From Data Entry Clerk to Managing Director.
I started my career as a data entry clerk in US healthcare. Twenty-five years later, I've built and led delivery centers across India, Africa, Sri Lanka, and Mexico, hands-on and directly supervising the build in India and Africa, advising and overseeing the setup in Mexico and Sri Lanka. Along the way I've hired and developed more than 5,000 people, and led teams through some of the industry's worst outsourcing failures, then fixed them. Today I'm Founder of Intellios Global and Managing Director of Inflocuris, a 200-person healthcare delivery organization I built with my co-founder from the ground up. Proof that the model works, wherever you choose to build it.
I've Been on Both Sides of the Outsourcing Table.
My co-founder learned the outsourcing lesson the hard way, long before I did. He tried it, got burned by exactly the problems founders describe to me every week: no ownership, no control, no team that actually thought like his company. So he decided to build his own instead, and brought me in to build it with him from the ground up. That's Inflocuris. Not a theory we read about. A company built specifically because the rented version failed first. I've also watched a 300-person team get reduced to a line item in someone else's spreadsheet, and later took a healthcare operation on the edge of collapse and rebuilt it in-house, cutting costs by 50 percent while retention went up. Every angle points to the same conclusion: ownership isn't the safer choice. It's the only one that actually holds.
Diagnose Before You Prescribe.
Every model I recommend starts the same way: understanding what's actually true about your business before offering a solution. Not what worked for someone else's company. What's true for yours. Twenty-five years of operational experience taught me the mechanics of this. But the instinct underneath it, seeing clearly before acting, comes from something older than my career: Vedantic thinking I grew up with, long before I built a single GCC.
